I mean, besides whoever was condemning Mike Phelps about his bong pic, does anyone get all riled up at the mentioned of smoking a lil weed?
Yeah. I didn't think so.
Really, its a no brainer. Smoking tobacco is deadly. Cannibis isn't.

I think it can be argued that a Coca Cola addiction is more dangerous than a marijuana addiction. Now, seeing as I am in school and that any hint of 'inpropriety' could make life hard for me, I will abstain expounding on my own experience-if there were any- with anything currently illegal.
California could make a shhhh load of money though of this stuff. So could a lot of cash strapped states. The government could also get a nice bump in sin-tax type money for this. Sure the dealers would suffer, but they could use their experience to put them ahead of all the newbies.
Farmers would have a new profitable crop.
Users would not have to rely on the guy living in the questionable neighborhood. Or the snotty kid down the street who you only put up with because he gots some good shhh. I mean, it would be alot easier to grab a bag (or carton?) at the Shell along with your RedBull and a tank of gas wouldn't it?

It would also free up the coppers to go after real-life criminals and not the mom who was getting her smoke-on at lunch.
So, yeah. I think its a good idea.
